Blythe has participated as a speaker in multiple events such as Ladies Conferences, small groups, and for the YWCA Battered Women's shelter. In the spring of 2019, Sandra became a certified John C. Maxwell Speaker. Through her training and continual participation, she has developed an approach using humor and visual aids to facilitate her workshops.


 Sandra R. Blythe conducts workshops that embrace forward thinking, moving pass your fears and being empowered to see obstacles as opportunities to grow. Sandra is dedicated to working from the inside out for the discovery of maximizing living your best lives. As she speaks to various groups, this approach can result in a positive change collectively and individually creating a platform for improved mental and emotional health.
